Hi, my name is Mal!

I am a first generation South Asian American woman living in Arizona with my partner and our two dogs, Max and Louis. I spend my free time exploring various work, life, and social philosophies and getting curious about our environment and how we humans interact with it.

 

I want to use this knowledge to hone daily practices for empowered and authentic living, ultimately sharing what I think could help others.
